My background

I qualified as a nurse in 2002, building my career in neurology, critical care, and acute medicine. Over the years, my passion for holistic well-being has grown, inspiring me to combine my clinical expertise with a holistic approach that helps clients feel balanced, grounded, and empowered to thrive.

My qualifications

As a Clinical Aromatherapist, Level 2 Reiki Practitioner, and Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage Therapist, all studied at the Cotswold Academy in Cirencester, I specialise in therapies that promote relaxation, restoration, and nervous system regulation.

A registered member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, I bring a holistic approach to my treatments, combining the benefits of Reiki, Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage, and aromatherapy to support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Where I work

Based in Bristol and Bath, I offer focused, evidence-informed care designed to restore your energy, calm your mind, and empower you to feel your best.

I provide treatments at Mint Health in Downend and Soul Spa in Bath ~ creating a calming space for clients to step away from the stresses of daily life.

In addition to individual therapies, I’m passionate about supporting workplace well-being. I offer tailored mobile treatments for businesses in Bristol, Bath, and the surrounding areas, helping employees manage stress, reduce burnout, and improve focus and productivity.

I live in Bristol with my husband and our trip hazard dog, Basil.

Whether you’re looking to restore balance, relieve stress, or promote well-being in your workplace, I’m here to support your journey to optimal health.
